Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Unity Bali, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our guests.
Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

All reservations require a prepayment to confirm the booking.

The amount and payment terms may vary depending on the selected accommodation
and booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

In case of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

3. Modification of Booking

Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original check-in date.

If a new booking date falls under a higher rate category, guests are required to pay the difference.

4. Early Check-out

Guests who check out before the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.

5. Force Majeure

Unity Bali is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. However, we may offer a credit voucher for a future stay at our discretion.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable.

By making a reservation with Unity Bali, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
